From the time we first met in 1999, we enjoyed each other's love of life, spirit, and sense of adventure. We’ve been married for more than five years and have been eager to be parents ever since. We cherish a closeness based on trust and respect and a true friendship rooted in common interests. We love to travel and have both lived abroad (England and Japan), and still enjoy visiting new places, trying new foods, and learning about other cultures. We like exploring exotic places like the islands of Greece as much as we enjoy staying close to home and biking on the backcountry roads of New Jersey, or hiking and camping in the Catskill Mountains. We love sharing our carefully tended garden and cooking elaborate meals for our many family members and friends, who are central to our lives. We are really lucky in so many ways (to have such wonderful people in our lives, a great marriage, a comfortable home) and we really want to share it with a child.
